Alexander Rybak and Belarus It's not exactly the same because he really was born and raised in Belarus (and it's not like only his mother or grandmother came from there..). Also Loreen and Morroco, Adelen and Spain, Karmin and.. i forget the country

I think we should make a forum-wide rule that if their parents arent Irish/Maltese whatever they're not eligable. It's silly

I think we should make a forum-wide rule that if their parents arent Irish/Maltese whatever they're not eligable. It's silly I think that only if they- themselves, were born in the country or lived there in some point of their life it's ok, otherwise no, because it's seems as an excuse to choose popular singers just without taken the risk that their real(and usually popular) country is already taken...
