Things to change : * Go back to a random running order * Ban  Azerbaijan because they bought their votes * Only one vote per person * Make Petra Mede the official unique presentator of ESC * Make come back the orchestra and give back the artists the right to play a real instrument * At least one song in the local language should participate in national finals * Petra Mede will have to start the ESC 2014 by apologizing not to have pronounced  Moran Mazor and  Valentina monetta in the second semi final of ESC 2013 * Create a vote from the rest of the world I guess you mean only Televoting again? Meh half 'n half agreed. But apart from that I agree to everything with you, although indeed ballads were not the best bets this year. I should say Australia votes at least for broadcasting the damn thing LIVE. Also agree on Anke Engelke, Petra Mede, and Lynda Woodruff (Sarah Dawn Finer) to host together, like TieBreak said.  |

Now I get it: You mean it as per person who can vote. I thought of the Televoting/Jury system. Sorry. ^^\
I would say max. 3, but it might be an idea, from also overflooding. I had that this year. My votes didn't go because of overflooding.
