Thank you very much everybody for the support.

I've got the results and it's a bacteria in my colons. It can in the worst case be life threathening, but luckily I have the light version, so it's more vomiting and diarrhea than anything else. So at least I can say: I'm NOT going to die. ^^

Yet, I have to stay for another week, at least.
