 Italy won't debut, with an other reason then as yesterday. A spokesman of the RAI said: "we'll first see if we can make it to the final in the NVSC. When that happened, we don't rule out a debut of Italy in the KNV." |

 Belarus not to debut in KNV due to the lack of interest in the contest. Gleb Mikhailovich Shulman (Director of "Belarus-1") said that Belarus could debut in the future. |
