Why can Kosovo participate in Young Dancers or Musicians while it isn't in the EBU Kosovo is the second country to join any EBU event without being a member of the EBU. The EBU has never explained why though.. and this is what we (the NBU) want to avoid  |

15 countries will take part in KNV #2. The Draw will be made now. The recap will be up today or tomorrow. The confirmation thread for #3 will be opened as soon as the recap is uploaded. |
