If they don't exist anymore, how can they participate?   It's like KNV I guess. Simone isn't younger than 16 anymore but she participates. |

^Where else should they borrow? Imo:  Luxembourg should only borrow from  Wallonia or  Lorraine  Should only borrow from  Emilia-Romagna And  Liechtenstein only from  Bavaria or  Baden Württemberg. I'd rather not Walloon, because there are so few singers from there. I'm trying to give equal representation of both sides, but if Luxembourg could only take from Walloon that would make it very difficult for me  You're the feeder country and have priority over my borrowed acts. You can make me disqualify a borrowed artist if it's in your NS. (Like for Lasgo, but she wasn't DQ just because she already lost in front of Deborah) You sound like Luxembourg will send only artists from  Walloon if Luxembourg will be allowed to borrow only from that region.. |

Why shouldnt we discuss? ^^ Maybe it will help the hosts to decide new rules or whatever. But why not a thread NVSC Discussions or sth like that. |
