Back in  OVSC, you could be allowed to do an NS in a period of 2 editions after the current one. How the deadline is working is when you finish your NS for #23 at least when #21 has ended for the voting. Therefore you carry on with no pressure and you are more safe to occupy your wanted country with a reason of having the effort for doing an NS. |

You did all your work for nothing and wait for many editions. Like for  Canada in #21. I wanted to do my NS, but someone got it before I could. And I was one of the first people. |

I think that if a user makes an effort to make a NS, they deserve the country he wants Exactly.  And I think that people who have never done a NS (= who are bored and want it easy), can't feel the work we do (like the others said)

But people who dont do a NS will then probably NEVER have a chance to get a country like Canada or Germany.
I dont see the problem in doing the work for your NS after you got your country. And if you have no time after that you shouldnt do a NS...
