Latvia has been thinking about the setups for the next edition...
Once again they will have a National Selection and they have 2 ideas:
1. Giving second-chance to runner-ups, song that could have been higher and also new ones.
or
2. Only new songs that didn't participate in previous selections for previous editions.

okay:D the selection for the 6th edition will have [At least I'll try to find more] new artists or fellow ns participants with "new" songs.
