I won't have time to create something, but here's the phrase in Latvian "Mūzika ir mīlestība" "Muzyka ira mīleiba" this phrase would be in a language that is historically used in one of the latvian regions - it's in latgalian language (it's something between latvian and lithuanian languages) - it's used in region called Latgale. You can create yourself some signs with these 2 phrases
