Should users be able to reserve countries an edition in advance for their national selections? You decide.
Example; users can create a NS for the 23rd edition whilst the 21st edition is underway.
As it's a controversial topic, a majority vote will be needed before any final decision is made.

YES, Definitely!! You see how many people complain because their planned national selection can be delayed for one more edition...  Luckily, it hasn't happened to me... yet   |

I'm gonna say no I understand that it takes a lot of time and work to make a NF for a specific country but it is quite fair as it is now in my opinion. I dont mean to sound rude at all by this but this will only satisfy around 7 people out of 55+ participants in ISC, who are willing to make a NF. I am sure that more and more complaints will arise in the future regarding the same countries being taken in advance by those willing to make a NF, which will result in more arguments and also more hassle for everyone, especially the host I feel like those users making a NF would be superior to all others Imagine if flguk the UK,  USA,  Sweden etc... are taken in each and every edition..some of us won't be happy for sure I know I know...making a NF = you are putting more effort..I get it Still, I think everyone should have the same equal opportunity to chose a country, despite making a NF or not. Oh..and if you are quick enough, you tend to get the country you want..if not, it suck, ye :/ but there is always next edition (fine..songs might get used or overused but its a never ending situation I guess. ) I'm voting 'no' for the simple reason that less problems will arise  |

Imagine if flguk the UK,  USA,  Sweden etc... are taken in each and every edition..some of us won't be happy for sure But then you have to realize that many of those countries with a big music industry still has the opportunities, just by the neighbouring ministates. (  ,  ,   etc.) |

Definitely yes. It happend to me the 2nd time now, that I wanted to have  Canada for my NS but it was taken.. Also, one entry of my NS is used now as  Macedonia for example and it is still possible that my other entry can be  Lebanon.. that is annoying too, so if I would not get Canada for the next editions, many entries of my NS may be used too. |

A nope for me. What if 59 people make National selections? And the other people? They can't do anything. National selections should be made when submisions are open for everybody, because everybody has rights to choose the country he/she wants.
