But I still want to know if I would've qualified with  Hungary in the 3rd semi final.  I guess it's almost a year ago the last time that I qualified for the final with  Belgium lol! 1. Include it as foreign act for your NVSC NS 2. Let all the 9 other spanish songs be awful 3. It wins and can qualify (or not) for NVSC   I have a feeling that this is how  "Error" came to represent Portugal  |
