The IFSC rules state and I quote: ''Whenever a song is announced to take part in (J)ESC via internal selection, and has not performed at ESC yet, it is allowed. (Believe in Me). When a song takes part in a National Selection, but hasn't been hosted yet, also allowed. (I Feed You My Love/Glorious) When a song has won a NS and will take part in (J)ESC, then it is not allowed. I have never been aware of JESC, so I do not know which the entries are, but I have checked now, and come conclusion: The Armenian entry is....... not allowed. |
