Well, it's a tie between Yes and No. As there are 6 votes to stay how it is, there will definetly be no participation for all countries of the world. The question is, what to do now. Stay or change, if change: what, that everybody is happy/it is fair?

Just add the big Commonwealth countries (AUS, NZ, CA) and South Africa (because the White people there are the "children" of the Dutch and the English colonization) and the culture is too very near by the Netherlands)
