General Rules

• Every country from all over the world is accepted.
• Micro-States can't borrow from their neighbours all the time.They can borrow only 1 time and after that the singer must be from the suitable micro-state.And don't forget that the singer who will be borrowed mustn't be very famous.Also,the user must ask its neighbour in order to take one.
eg San Marino can borrow only in SVSC#1.From SVSC#2 until SVSC#5,the user must find San Marinese singers.
• Overused songs aren't allowed.
When a song is in contests for 5+ times then I won't accept it.
• Once you get a country, you'll have to keep it for at least 3 editions.
• After that, you can trade for another country.
• Worldwide famous artists are only allowed for their native country. (e.g. no Taylor Swift for France)
• The Big 5 rule applies : the top 5 countries are automatically qualified for the next final.

• Once you get a country, you'll have to keep it for at least 3 editions.After that, you can trade for another country.

• Every song should be sent to the SVSC Council(George/𝐌𝐈𝐂𝐇𝐀𝐋) in order to be approved.It is especially necessary if you will do a national selection.

Voting/Warnings

-> • When do I receive a warning?

You may receive a warning when you will one of the followings:

25% = Not giving your entry to SVSC Council first
50% = Not Voting in (Semi)Final
50% = Not Submitting an entry

If someone reaches a warning of 100%,then he will loose his/her country immediately and he won't be able to participate for 3 editions.

• Voting System won’t be changed.It will stay as it is now(,,,,,,,,,)

-> • Although the way of showing the results will change.The total points which awarded in every country will be announced according to the final draw.

-> • Awards will be introduced too.The top 5 of each edition will decide the following awards:
 Best European Song
 Best American-African Song
 Best Asian-Oceanian Song
 Best English Song
 Best Non-English Song

Of course,they will decide the awards before the edition starts and they won’t be able to nominate their country.The awards will be announced once each edition overs.They will have to give their top 10 of each award.

The other HoD,𝐌𝐈𝐂𝐇𝐀𝐋,is responsible for the map.As you can see he is inactive and the new countries haven't been added yet.When he will be back,he will do it immediately

First Banned Users

NarJagBlundar, fdchuang, Igor Bielak and SoShy (Active) have just been banned from SVSC as they have just received a strike of 100%.

That means that they cannot participate in SVSC anymore and they will lose their countries too.
