Well, I'm just trying to tell you what our rules are, and we also didn't accept some other people with similar connections, so we cannot make an exception now. We just have to stick to the rules, even if they might sound unfair to you: The players have to live in or have to come from (= they were born there or lived there in the past) the country they represent, or both of the parents need to be from that certain country at least. |

I know it's annoying for people who want to join but can't do so because their country is taken (and I also understand that), but we just are a bit more exclusive. However, there are so many other good contests out there where everyone can take part, so please don't be angry at us and respect/accept our rules  |

Mimis found someone from Niger and Algeria, but they just sent a song and didn't react anymore afterwards  San Marino or Andorra might be a bit easier... |
