Thanks for making list ! But I have a question. Before #36, I had 24 points. But now as Brazil and Kazakhstan is 2nd, aren't I 10th? So +1 point.

No The TOP 10 remains as it is, Brazil is 2nd and Kazakhstan is 3rd according to the number of voters each one of them had. However, there's that special 'feature' for the awards edition as the participants are selected points-wise.

Actually I shouldn't have called it a 'feature' as it is not any feature at all It's just that we select the countries that will go to the awards according to the points they received. In this case, the winner is the one who received the most points and goes to the winners category, the country/countries with the 2nd biggest amount of points get to the runner-ups category and the country/countries with the 3rd biggest amount of points proceed as 3rd places to the Awards However, this does not mean that more countries join the TOP 10 as the TOP 10 is only for 10 countries,apparently

I think so, it's possible 

But that doesn't make sense imo. 2x 5th and 1x 4th =/= 25 points.
