After discussion with a member of the NBU Council, the United Kingdom will have votes accepted in it's National Selection from TWO non-member European countries that have showcased the National Selection in their nations respectfully and are allowed to vote due to close friend-connections with the United Kingdom.
The two confirmed friend-nations are:
Miss Talitha who past on votes on behalf our fellow Commonwealth Nation
Canada
and
Miss McKala who will be voting on behalf of the
United States of America, due to long-term friendship with the United Kingdom
