(not because I don't want to but because there's not a lot to announce  ) As mentioned before, we'll have one returning country:  The United States, and hopefully also  Israel will be back: The player actually just withdrew from the 26th edition and wanted to return afterwards, so I'm optimistic we'll get an entry from him  Unsure about  Georgia and  Portugal as we haven't heard anything from them and also because they didn't always vote recently.  Netherlands might withdraw as well, but we are in contact with the player, so let's see  |

I think  Latvia will need much luck to qualifie, as I see the songs that will participate... It doesn't look promising for me at the moment... I really hope I'm wrong... |

This sounds interesting. The title means "Smile" and the song is about smiling still despite all the odds in your life. It's my favorite Filipino song at the moment and I like Filipino songs very seldom so I hope you guys enjoy listening to it as much as I do. |

Last edition I was ready to bet Instrumenti will pass, but they got 11th place in semi with the same score as Iceland, which qualified (even if it was as WC, it wualified anyways)... So I'm not that sure anymore... |
