My new contest idea

I am ready to announce my new contest idea is. Obviously, there is no guarantee that this contest will ever begin. I just want to know what your opinions are about this.

My new contest would be called the Festival of English Music (FEM). It would include the 48 ceremonial counties of England.

The format would be like GSC: Each user would submit one county in each edition, with a connected artist & song.

Because this contest as completely different regions participating, there would be no rule against famous (or even overused) artists.

Besides, I assume that this contest would have the same participating users as GSC. As we can see in GSC, famous songs usually get poor results, so a rule banning famous artists in a contest with the same participating users would be pointless.
