I think Kazakhstan is next to debut since they are now an associate broadcaster now

I'd guess - or maybe or - they both should have no problem since they're EBU members and they recognize

In all honesty I believe it will be a random debuter like Algeria or Tunisia. I know it seems unlikely, but I believe it will be the case. However, a Liechtenstein debut would be great since they would give my country high points every year

I still don't know why there is Qatar. Qatar Radio is currently an associate member of the EBU, while primarily all competing countries of the Eurovision Song Contest are active members of the union. The broadcaster first revealed on 12 May 2009 that they were interested in becoming active members of the union, which would allow the nation to compete in the contest. Qatar Radio had stated that they hoped to participate in the contest by 2011.
Qatar first became involved in the contest at the 2009 edition, where the broadcaster sent a delegation to the contest and broadcast a weekly radio show called '12pointsqatar' dedicated to Eurovision. The show received favourable responses and has initiated further involvement of Qatar in the Contest. From wikipedia, maybe that helped?
