- The special rule will be: only Junior Eurovision songs can take part. (To celebrate the eleventh Junior Eurovision Song Contest starting soon )

I forgot to mention that you can only confirm for the third edition when the confirmation thread is online. (Which will propably be somewhere tomorrow or Friday.)
