Due to the success of last edition National Selection, EBC (Eldance Broadcasting Company) has decided to continue SS for the forth edition ever. The winning state of last edition
Norum, has confirmed that they will host the final.★ TABLE OF CONTENT: ★

We have downgraded the amount of the states that are allowed to take part. 33 States is now the maximum amount of the states able to take part in the national selection. If more then 33 states apply to take part a Pre-Qualification Round will be held. Which all 52 States + Eldance C.D all applied for this edition but 20 states were forced to withdraw from failing to advance to the Semis.
