Change in the BO System:
from now on, with each SP a poll will be opened in which every participant will be able to vote for the song(s) he likes. And the "points" each country receives will be the multiply of the percentage of the votes every country got out of the number of the voters and the average amount of points from all participants (5.8*41=237.8). *I know this isn't really clear but I couldn't find another way to explain it
For Example: 18 people voted in the 5th Sneak Peek, Switzerland got 6 votes, so it's percentage is 33.33%. 33.33% * 237.8 = 79.27 . Switzerland's BO value is 79.27.

the sates can be changed, depending on the entries we received on that point.
