The allocation draw took place here in Reggio Calalbria a few days ago, it's now time we revealed the running order!
As always, the draw was made through random.org. Hope you all got a number you like!
As you may have seen already, the 9th edition of the Our Song Festival will be hosted in
Reggio Calabria for the first time! The city had previously made bids for OSF 4, JOSF 1, as well as Italian Music Festival 03 (Italian NF for the 6th edition), finishing 2nd in all these bids, all times behind Rome and their stadium "Stadio Olimpico".
Not giving up, they were the first city to present their bid to hosting this edition, after it was announced that hosting rights were passed down to Italy. Beating 7 other cities, namely Rome, Milan, Turin, Napoli, Palermo, Bologna and Catania, all of which presenting bids, they were finally selected as the hosts of the competition!
The stadium hosting the edition will be the "Stadio Oreste Granillo", a football stadium in Reggio Calabria, Italy. It is the home of Urbs Reggina 1914. The stadium was built in 1999 on the foundations of Comunale and holds 27,763. It is named after former Reggina president Oreste Granillo who led the club to Serie B for the first time and became mayor of the city.
The stadium is being provisionally modified to match the event's needs.
The presenter of the edition was also announced to be Annalisa Scarrone, better known as simply Annalisa or Nali. A singer who doesn't need presentation, she previously competed for Italy last edition, reaching the 
2nd place and losing the victory for just one point. That result, however, was enough to bring the competition to Italy, after Ukraine's withdrawal.
She will be joined by Simonetta Spiri
, #3's winner and #4's Top 5 finisher, ex-member of Le Deva, Italy's representative of this edition, for the hosting of the green room.
