the board of the international council for cities and music and TVN are proud to unveil the theme art for the 3rd edition of the Citivision Song Festival.

...as we meet for the 3rd edition in
santiago de chile !!
THE WINGS
three wings with three separate gradients have been created to represent this edition. when we think of perseverance, when we think about success, when we think about determination, some of the first images that enters our heads is that of a bird. the freedom of a bird is in its wings. it is with this in mind that the council developed these three wings, representative of the togetherness of flocks of birds.
