1. Countries rules
1.1. You have to take a "country" that is created by Flags Mashup Bot.
1.2. You cannot pick a mashup between 2 countries on the list below. (the list might be changed in the future)
e.g. You can't pick a mashup of UK+Sweden but you can pick a mashup of UK+Mongolia.
1.3. One country cannot be used in more than 2 mashups per edition.
The list of countries that can't be taken are listed in the confirmation post.
1.4. You can use a mashup of cities/administrative divisions/former countries (or territories)/unions/organizations/fictional places etc.
- If the formal country is a country (or some part of a country) on the list above now, it'll be applied with rule 1.2. too.
- You cannot send artists from the organizations or fictional places side.

2. Artists rules
2.1. You cannot send artists from the same side more than 3 times in a row.
- If your artists have a connection to both sides, they will be counted on the side with a stronger-connection.
- If your artists have a connection to both sides but both of them are strong, they won't be count as any side.
e.g. If I send a Kazakh singer in #1 and a Kazakh-Canadian artist #2, I still can send a Kazakh artist in #3 & #4.
- If you can only use artists from one side, this rule will not be applied.

- The artist has citizenship of that country.

4. Warning rules
4.1. Failure to vote will result in 25% warnings.

6.1. Accounts have to be created around one month before joining the contest. Exception can be made case by case, such as being active on SCF discord server.
