Here are our six non-voters: Haiti (inactivo  ), Martinique (chhunter ), Mexico (Argüello ), Panama (Llemian ), Saint Lucia (Alper ) and Turks and Caicos Islands (INACTIVE ). All the delegations mentioned here, except for the  Haitian one, who let us know they would not be able to vote, will receive a 25% warning.

The non-voters will be replaced as follows:

Crab Rave from YouTube will replace Martinique;
Pac from YouTube will replace Mexico;

Pot voting has been used to replace Saint Lucia;
