(っ◔◡◔)っ ♥ PRAGMA TICK ♥ EPISODE 10 THE FINALE
Rae Morris Do It! Here's the thing, I found the finale's prompt a bit too vague so I suppose it's open to our own interpretation, so get ready for my word vomit.
I picked this song, besides the fact that I love it, because of its title and the repetition of it throughout the song lyrics. DO IT! DO IT! DO IT! DO IT! DO IT!
With everything that I do, I feel like I experience a form of an Impostor syndrome everytime, doubting my abilites and knowledge, with an overwhelming fear of failure. While this happens mostly in an academic enviornment, I've felt this even throughout the run of this competition, especially the nerve wracking time when Kenya is announcing the results, finding myself refreshing the results page, hoping my critiques would be posted next.
DO IT is something I tell to myself before I hit that Create Post button. With this competition, and song contests in general, I tend to be quite indecisive on what I want to send and what I think would be perceived as good. Thankfully, my run on this competition has been amazing and all risks that I've taken thus have been rewarding.
And while Kenya doesn't explicitly require this from us, I'm gonna explain why I believe Pragma Tick should be crowned the first winner of Kenya's Song Race.
I've been serving consistency from day one, continously serving a variety of genres. My track record consists of 3 wins, 3 highs, 2 safe's and 1 bottom two. I don't necessarily think that the DoB score has to be a merit of measuring success in these types of competitions, but me currently holding the highest DoB proves that I'm a fierce competitor. And this is actually my best run on any Song Race type of contest - from 4 seasons of Daniel's Song Race and 1 season of Hause of Musical Horrors.
Now, forgive me for this cheesy line but.. my two fellow sisters have been doing nothing but serve talent and good ear for music so no matter who wins, we are all winners!

YOUNIVERSE FINALE ELEGANZA
LCD SOUNDSYSTEM - NEW YORK, I LOVE YOU BUT YOU'RE BRINGING ME DOWN
WOW! what a season it has been ladies.
this has been such a turbulent season for me, like really messy, like truly. VERY difficult. but, HERE i AM. who would have thought!?!
now, you must be wondering, "what has this song have to do with cher noble's run on KSR?" IT'S OBVIOUS. HAVE YOU ALL GOT AMNESIA?
the first half of the song, like my first half of the season, was very understated, very mellow, very SAFE. because i was SAFE 4 weeks in a row. i was like, "what? am i not serving? i had thought that i was POPPING this PUSSY?" i thought i had gone mad...................... and then i was bottom 2 twice in a row..... i was FUMING. FOAMING AT THE MOUTH. i felt BROUGHT DOWN. i felt like a RAT IN A CAGE. i felt like i had WASTED MY TIME.
but then. kenya t. pusi asked me, to come back. bcus maybe i was wrong? maybe kenya t. pusi was right? maybe i was wrong? maybe addison rae was right? maybe i was wrong? maybe olivia jones was right? maybe i was wrong and had to litrally tap into my power, and not ACT like KSR was a minimum wage job.
AND THEN!! THE SECOND HALF OF THE SONG, BAM. IT PICKS UP AND THEY GO HAM! i returned, snatched two wins and have been high ever since i was brought back.
tldr, i am kermit the frog. ksr is new york. we were both letting each other down. BUT, in the end, kermit the frog ATE. purr
in conclusion, thank u for a lovely season, gigi & pragma are tough competition & both deserve to win. i think i deserve to win more though. thank u lovely esteemed panel of judges for judging with love & fairness as a guiding light thank u other competitors, for flopping harder so i could get to the finale xoxo CHER NOBLE

GIGI WELPLADE xx
Hi my gorgeous gumdroplets! It's me, Gigi! But you already knew that!!
Miss mawmah has been on the sauce and is a little tipsy tonight x. What better way to end my run on Kenya's Song Race than with my own song "Pleasure"!!! I must say, my time here has been a pleasure and it feels like the perfect opportunity to represent myself in the final with my own song!! Miss Britney has entered my soul and I am embodying ever inch of her in my glorious track. I feel so sexy, so sultry. I AM giving you everything you ever wanted baby! I am serving you sex on a stick. I have given you everything all season long. One fault all season because of a silly m*n.
The journey has been fun! It has been arduous. But most of all, it has been a Pleasure! Whatever the outcome, I am happy to have made it this far and wish both my sisters the most luck going into our final showdown. You are ALL winners. Thank you for hosting Miss Kenya, you have been a doll.
Gigi xo
