Without watching the recap, but only checking the Wiki (and therefore judging by memory), the entries that I think could be possible winners are Taiwan, Russia, Romania, Armenia and Ukraine. Also it'll be interesting to see how France might go because its a cover of a song we all know by heart and an artist I believe doesn't sing in English too often. My own entry will hopefully come top 15.

Wow! 5th with 81 points. (Screaming) A very unexpected top 5 result if I may say this (<- This was actuelky me after tge results lol.) and wow what an upgrade from this band's previous 27th place. Btw. this is the 3rd top 10 for me this decade (and by far best result) so far, and all of them came so unexpectedly to me, lol. Thanks a lot for the points especially the 12 points from Turkey, 10 points from Ukraine and 8 points from Azerbaijan and Belgium. : So it eventually won. I'm actually surprised by it, but congrats to Italix once again. Personally I had ranked it 11th, since it's - as a standalone - not a bad song. However - just like someone else had previously written in the discord server - if I'm thinking about it, I've heard better covers of Moonlight Shadow before ... 🇸🇮 I love that this almost won. Having a back to back victory with 2 x same song titles would've been hilarious. A good song and deserved top 3. As for the full results, I'm not too convinced by Canada (but expected), Austria and Spain (wanted to like this so bad, but it sadly was too boring ...). Also, and : How on earth have those songs ended up in bottom 5? I wasn't too much into the latter 2, but didn't see any of them doing so bad.

For of all, congrate to once again winning! It's pretty nice that you went from pretty mediocre results, considering the country, to 2 wins in a decade) Also congrats to and for the top 3 placements. As for Russia, noooo last place again( But still, thanks to , , and for giving me any points. Also, pretty sure that was underrated. And talking about unofficial RWWWSC trophy: didn't give their 12 and trophy to Taiwan once again - instead, they chose for their second unofficial RWWWSC trophy! 9 trophies - (26, 33, 72, 74, 93, 96, 105, 107, 130) 8 trophies - (11, 67, 81, 85, 99, 102, 112, 125) 7 trophies - (30, 39, 53, 55, 57, 84, 87), (13, 16, 43, 52, 62, 80, 109) 6 trophies - (8, 24, 60, 63, 70, 111), (1, 14, 34, 100, 110, 117), (17, 47, 56, 58, 86, 123), (4, 9, 19, 31, 44, 127), (7, 10, 42, 46, 61, 128), (28, 35, 38, 73, 97, 131) 5 trophies - (41, 45, 68, 95, 133), (22, 89, 126, 134, 136), (2, 66, 82, 135, 137) 4 trophies - (23, 83, 90, 101), (3, 49, 118, 120) 3 trophies - (15, 18, 29), (65, 71, 92), (104, 108, 113), (21, 91, 114), (76, 88, 115) , (122, 129, 132)2 trophies - (12, 36), (20, 59), (69, 79), (32, 94), (40, 106), (48, 119), (75, 121), (103, 138) 1 trophy - (5), (6), (25), (27), (37), (50), (51), (54), (64), (77), (78), (98), (116), (124)

The history of France in this contest - and I assume that many of you experienced the same feelings - is full of examples of songs with very high expectancies that completely flopped and of songs with lower expectancies that performed very well or even broke records. And this time, two national records were broken: the highest amount of (6) and the highest score percentage (44.8% of theorical maximum), since the Mylène Farmer scored 144 points (still national absolute record) during a full edition. In particular, the recent history of France in the contest has showed two of the most prolific periods for the country (2 wins and 2 second places between editions #96 and #109 and two wins in this decade) separated by its deepest crisis (with no top 5 in 23 editions). Even if my main hopes for this decade were for Izia and the songs that were originally planned to be sent to editions #134 and #139 - and that will be rescheduled later - winning two times in this decade and getting the 5 win milestone for the first time in a contest on this forum is very satisfying so I would like to thank the countries that gave points to France this edition! That support will be greatly helpful during the next low period. I would also like to share some explanations about the choice of this song. Nolwenn Leroy is probably the singer I used the most on the forum with six appearances (four here, one in FoIM and one in NNMC) and three of them are from her album Bretonne. The two first ones were respectively in Irish Gaelic - the one I sent to FoIM a few years ago - and in Briton - Tri Martolod sent to edition #109 - and this time I wanted to send her with a third language, English, that she doesn't use very often. It was also an indirect connection to the song in Irish Gaelic and to its title that means "Women of Ireland". There was by the way another song in my initial plan that was established before the introduction of the 2012 rule that I would like to share now since it won't compete in the contest - it was released in 2012.
