VOTING IS CLOSED

Even with about two weeks to vote, not everyone did so by the deadline. Burundi, Congo-Brazzaville, Cote d'Ivorie, Gabon, Guinea-Bissau, Somalia and Uganda all failed to vote prior to the deadline. Of these, Brazzaville asked for a replacer, Gabon said nothing, and everyone else asked for an extension. These will all be granted free of charge. As Gabon both failed to vote in the semis and finals, and logged on to the forum for the first time since March today, they will lose the nation. As it is a possibility, if Gabon AQs, they will be put up for a draw. This is the most fair thing imo, as it allows everyone to potentially get that coveted AQ. 

The results should be revealed within the month. Afterwards, the 17th edition will open up. Wys so kindly offered to host, as I will be on study abroad for the duration of that edition.
