- Manual for Heads of Delegations to swap countries and broadcasters -

Rules of the swap:

1. You must have had the control of the country you had for at least 3 editions.

2. Both users must agree to the swap and if you want a nation, you must ask the user who has it. 

How to swap:

1. You must have a nation in mind that you want.

2. Contact the user with that nation, if they aren't on the forum, I will contact them for you, just tell me.

3. If you confirm for Northvision, you won't be able to swap.

4. You can announce that you want to switch your nation showing other users that you want to.

5. Both users must contact me to tell me that they switched nations
