1. Rules
1.1 Eurovision/Junior Eurovision Song can not be sent!
1.2 Covers aren't allowed.
1.3 The singer you sent must live in the country ( Linda Teodosiu can just participate for Germany!)
1.4 The bottom countries(users) will get a new country on a new continent, which will be drawn.
1.5 Songs which have been published before 2000 can't be send.The time of chansons is over!
1.6 Every country in the world is able to participate!

2.Borrowing nations
Some nations are too small/have no own music industry, so they can borrow from neighbour countries:


Greenland and Faroe Islands can borrow from Denmark
Aland can borrow from Sweden
Liechtenstein can borrow from Germany
Monaco can borrow from France
Andorra can borrow from Spain
San Marino can borrow from Italy
You can suggest other borrowing countries!


3.Awards
There will be awards:
- Underrated Award (awarded by @eurovisiongermany )
- Most Award
- Overrated Award (awarded by @eurovisiongermany
