So right now, my sister holds the UK. And I think she wants to keep it for a while now, but it kind of makes it unfair because a lot of other people may want to send British songs as well. So I'm just proposing this.
The choices are:
Now in the case that we choose to split it into four instead of three or no changes,
Northern Ireland WILL be able to borrow from 
Ireland, as it doesn't have many artists itself.
So yeah, go ahead and vote.

England, 
Scotland, 
Wales and 
Nothern Ireland will be for adoption. - She gets to keep England, Scotland and Wales will be up for adoption.
- She gets to keep the
United Kingdom, nothing changes.
