Every country can decide on its own, if it will make a televoting
and a jury, a jury only or a televoting only.
I didn't understand those lines. Is this linked to split voting or sth ? I can for example let other users take part in my voting for the Faroe Islands and can decide myself if it will be 66/33, 50/50 or 100% televoting/jury  |
