Pre-qualification round  it was introduced in NVSC for the lowest scoring participants in the semi finals.  |

Maybe florian should limit the list with chosen countries and erase country who arent reconigzed as country!

If you come into the bottom 5 , you're going to the PQR. And if you fail at the PQR, you're in the SF the next edition. If you qualify from the PQR, you get into the SF  atm it seems to be the best solution - but maybe we'll find sth better |
