Just to say again, you can't announce the song yet If you do before EVSC4 is over you won't be able to send it

Borrowing
European singers: If you are taking a singer who could also represent a European country, you must ask the NVSC user with that country; the reason for this is because if a song has taken part in EVSC it cannot in NVSC and vice versa. Borrowing rules: The borrowing rules won't change, however if you are borrowing a singer, you must send them to me, Vaios (once he's back), or whoever is a current co-host due to having won the previous edition. This is to make sure no singer who is too successful takes part for a country they'd be unlikely to represent.
Hope everyone finds this fair.

Where could I find the borrowing rules? Countries in Polynesia can borrow from the Maori people of New Zealand and singers from Hawaii. Countries from Micronesia and Melanesia can borrow from Aboriginal Australians, Papua New Guinea, and Papua, Indonesia
