Previously the rule was if you failed to take part with your country for 3 editions, you would lose it; now there will be a rule change to shorten that to two editions. This is owning to the fact that EVSC editions historically don't come that quickly (if they quicken up, which I plan to make them, it may be set back to three). The following countries will now become free (the users who had them previously will be free to confirm with the same nation or a new one - I'm aware that was the plan for some of you anyway).
