The issue that has been brought up today is the issue of non-voters. Should they be in the final or not? For example, if this edition, New Zealand don't vote and yet they have enough points to qualify, should they be allowed? Their player has told us that he won't be able to vote anyways. However this does not mean that people that don't vote without reason gets into the final; that results in a disqualification. Some of you have different views on the situation, some think it's not fair, they should be allowed, or only if their reason not to vote is great enough. Vote in the poll to help us answer this question This will lock on 10th September 2014. Afterwords, we'll think whether or not to implement this in #11 or starting from #12. Thanks for your help!

If I'm affected I of course I'd vote yes.
Did it happen so far (person who didn't vote in the semi qualified)? And what do you mean with "Reason valid enough"?

Only if their reason is super legit, like for example they had to go away urgently for a family matter or something

No it didn't but it might happen this edition Valid enough: Vacation, moving, inactiveness, family problems, sickness etc.. Invalid is basically like: oh i can't vote because i'm going out with friends and won't be back till midnight (on the day of the deadline perhaps), can't vote i'm going to play badminton.. etc all those ones.

I think only if the reason is valid enough. OMAROSA had a good example.
