RULES
The rules of the National Selection will be very simple. The broadcaster RTCG planned for another and very interesting rules, but due the budget they decided to do it simple.
The voting system is:
Juries are voting with this system! To be a jury you need to reply on this thread. The jury places are 20 . Changing is possible
The televoting voting system is:
The televotes have to put the songs in a order how much they like them. For example:
100% go to
Odlazim90% go to
Zabranjujemand etc. til 10%.
Televoters can send me a pm with votes like jury but they will be counted.
= 100%You cannot vote a song twice!
Voting is acceptable only by PM.
INFORMATION
This edition of PzCG (Pema za Crnu Goru) will have 10 songs. 7 of them will be Montenegrin, while 3 of them will be Serbian. The Montenegrin broadcaster RTCG had a conversation with the Serbian RTS for using 3 Serbian acts to be included in the National Selection. The 3 acts will be known very soon. Stay tuned!
