Rule for countries introduced earlier will be dropped from the 13th edition and onwards.

Countries returning:

United Kingdom

Countries no longer allowed:

England (Part of UK)
Faroe Islands (Part of Denmark)
Greenland (Part of Denmark)
Isle of Man (Part of UK)
Northern Ireland (Part of UK)
Puerto Rico (Part of US)
Scotland (Part of UK)
Wales (Part of UK)
