1.When you send me an entry you can send one photo of the singer and the link of the video which you want to put in TVSC.
2.You must not send the winning entries from my Partner Contests.
3.The singer must me from the country which do you want.
4.You can do a Continent Selection.
5.If you don't vote you will lose 50 Points.
6.If you vote you will win 1 Point in UserScore
7.After TVSC#5 the Winner of UserScore will win an award.
8.UserScore:
4 Points for First Place
3 Points for Second Place
2 Points for third Place
6 Points for the vote
5 Points if you do CS
3 Points if you vote in CS
You lose 5 Points if you don't vote in Semi Finals-Final which you participate.
