So, here we go!
You can find all important information, including the country list on internationalmusicfestival.weebly.com/ . There you can also find an updated version of the rules.
In addition, the winner of every edition will be able to choose his next country, which can be the same as the one he won with or a different one.
In this thread, you can confirm if you will take part. Obviously, you can't confirm for any country.
Due to the fact the new change may interest current non-participants, I am going to tag some of them as well.
In case this new format will not work out as I hope it will, a change after some editions is possible, but please give this a try.
