This is rules of special editions of Dependent Territories Song Contest:
- in special editions (#5, #10, #15, #20 etc.) never will be dependent territories, but never will be countries too (territories will be only in selected editions),
- every edition will have special theme,
- maybe will be more informations soon.
Themes of next special editions:
#5 - only songs from national selections from 2015 will be accepted. In this edition you can have only cities like
Stockholm, 
Athens, 
Ljubljana etc.
#6 - You will have random countries! From #6 edition on you will can do NS/NF in DTSC!
After #10 - Winners edition #1.
#15 - Random countries.
