Foreign Act Information
As there were some confusions about the Foreign Act rule:
There can only be one foreign act per National Selection.
Please do not interpret the rule as "one foreign act per 9 native acts"!
The rule says that there have to be at least 9 native acts to
include a foreign act.

Just for asking, I know it's probably outlined here but I was confused: If a  Croatian singer does a duet with  a Bosnian singer, does that act have to go through a national selection? I saw that "artists with 50/50 roots are allowed to compete as well" but it's a duet and I don't know if it's through national or internal selection for either Croatia or Bosnia & Herzegovina (for example) |
