I think that if a user withdraws from an edition, they should not have to be that active because that's the reason they withdrew...

Oh my god Eke never forget to vote again pls blame my parents for one of the strikes (#9, when they took away all my electronics) and blame my floppiness for the other one (#12, when I didn't check the forums at the proper moment) ;_;  |
