Yes, with votes. You're in group with Aland, Jeju-Do, etc. So, I will add votes from Aland, Jeju-Do, etc. and their will be presented in scoreboard as one.

Ex. if Jersey will have 4 from Aland, 8 from Jeju-Do, 5 from USVI and 0 from rest - they have 17 points in scoreboard from Group C
