Hello NVSC-population! 
NVSC 16 will mark the organisation of a new big national selection for 
France!
Though, even if it'll be bigger than ever, the format will remain familiar for those who usually follow the French NS's!

That is why jury applications are launched : to ensure that there will be enough voters throughout the whole selection.
- If you do not apply at the beginning, you won't be able to vote at all, except for the final.
- There is no limit of applicants : anyone that wants to is welcome to apply.
- Associate broadcasters are totally welcomed but all their votes will be counted as one.
The selection will be made of 20 songs, that will first battle in 10 duels.
Then, those 10 winners will face another duel, and 5 of them are going to remain.
And the five survivors will enter the final.
