Uschi Kerkeling about the Achróan plans:
"Of course it is your right to trade with whoever you want. However, we strongly disagree with the "trading stop for one week", as our country gained land in a democratic way. The Choli Islands themselves decided to join Lanovina and therefore I don't see any reason to stop trading with us. Do you want to forbid humans to democratically decide, whether they want to join another country ? And does that mean, that you don't accept it, if the public decides on "yes, we want to join" ? Indeed, if you include Lanovina in the trading stop, we will completely stop trading with Achróa. Our culture is mostly based on Lanovian food, while flowers don't survive here anyway, so it won't affect us too much. We will give you some time to think, however, if you decide to ignore international democracy and therefore stop trading with us, we won't export into your country either and our government will see the Achróan one as dictature."

Katsyrian prime-minister, Slias Horeboard, stated the following about the Jarea - Flírskmasto conflict: In fact we had some problems with Flírskmasto lately, mostly because of the claim of the North Pole. But time has passed and protests ended. Meanwhile our relations became better and after meetings between our presidents, it was not excluded that our countries might become allies in near future. About the Jarean statement, we'd like to stay neutral in this, as we'd like to keep good relations with all the countries of the Fantasia. We're glad that our countries are not in conflict anymore, and i really hope that Jarea will think about their decision, which we find unreasonable.

Jarea's response to Flirskmasto "Yes we did indeed take some of the land after Baesnia became a microstate, however this was due to good reason. The land that was once Baesnia, was land that the Enha people had used and cultivated for centuries. Since the genocide of the Enha people and the land divisions between the nations, they had been distinctly under represented by majority of peoples by state, with only Sousudo being the only state where they held a majority. Since the border expanded, many ethnic Enha's have since come back to Jarea, bringing a greater balance to Jarea in how it is run as a democratic nation.
We now turn to Flirskmasto, who we do not want to wage war with at all, in fact attacking the nation is something we as Jareans would refuse to do, due to the horrors our nation has faced in the past. We would like to know some answers from Flirskmasto instead. Our first question is: What was your actual involvement in the Valet situation? We ask this because we have received a tip off that you in fact, instigated this whole debacle that happened in the once glorious nation of Assaynia, which is now in rubble due to this conflict. The message was this: This, we believe, is concrete evidence that Flirskmasto instigated a major civil war, which prompted nations, including Flirskmasto themselves, to invade on a "peace keeping" measures, We as Jareans, would like to ask the UN for a full investigation into this, with Flirskmasto and Assasynia both not involved in the investigation but both will hand information in to the UN without squabble.
As I have mentioned, Jarea is NOT looking for war. Instead we look for answers in a deeply disturbing crime involving the unlawful occupation of a nation, after instigation. Our sanctions will continue on Flirskmasto, although the Visa rule will be forgotten about
Finally, we agree with Achroa on the North Pole issue, but we will still recognise Scandavia's initial claim due to the historic nature of the people in Scandavia" Hannah Busta President of Jarea

Evämaa's government has released a statement regarding Achróa's plans
"We believe the Achróais government is acting recklessly by encouraging unrest and revolt throughout Fantasia. Numerous people in Fantasia are already facing significant hardships, especially those affected by the Valvet conflict, and we in Evämaa see no benefit in encouraging more conflicts.
Secondly, the trade embargoes against countries that have gained land within the past year ignores the right to self-determination of the people who chose to join their new countries. Evämaa has seen both sides of this, as three raiue voted to join Flírskmasto, but one other remained part of Evämaa. We also gained land after Seneraya collapsed and the northern regions incorporated as the new maani of Alejärven. There were no imperialist motives in losing or acquiring our land.
Finally, we support the Achróais action of requiring unanimous votes in the UNF on matters pertaining to the North Pole, but we condemn any acts by the Achróais government that seek to undermine the legitimacy of the existing claims to the land."

Meta: That was a joke, and not meant seriously at all . I was just referring to the fact that since Assasynia constantly threatened Flírskmasto, its leader, quite abrasively calling us communists and admitted to spreading false propaganda about us, it was not helping their cause. Mr. Cetenivk has responded with this official release, "Yes, we can confirm that this was said. However, we must inform you that this was a joke said between work colleagues in Flírskmasto, it may not be PC, but we are allowed to joke at times, quietly, right? I'm sure nations take secret jokes at each other all the time, and not actually mean it, a "friendly-rivalry" as such, for example in hockey, soccer or FC. Therefore, we refute this claim that this is solid evidence at all, for a fact that it was taken out of context by the person who leaked this (the leak is currently being dealt with by us). We did not instigate civil war, and we would like to remind Jarea that the peacekeeping vote of the UNFSC (which only one of five permanent members voted against), was before the tragic attacks in Yuriakut. Our referendum has still not been held yet, but support for war in Valvet is dwindling here, due to the fact that it has become more stable. We want all nations of the world to be secure, and Flírskmasto believes that since we are one of the most powerful nations in the world, we should help, along with other nations, secure the security of nations on our planet, whether it be dictators, dissidents, terrorists or the like.
We hope for relations with Jarea to be fixed soon, and we would like to apologize for the initial misunderstanding. We were just confused at their initial dig claiming that we were grabbing territories, when Jarea used the exact same methods as we did, a democratic referendum, observed by third parties. These regions of these countries have a deep connection with our nation, and we want the will of the people. A region of Evamaa voted against joining Flírskmasto, and we respected that with honour.
Sanctions on Jarea will also be lightened, but will not be removed now."
Mr. Cetenivk has had his party's poll numbers go down by 5 points in the latest poll.

Achróan response to the Lanovian and Evämaian governments Velto d'Apré, Achróais leader (Transcript of Achróan language rally speech)
OOC BACKGROUND: Let's presume that Velto d'Apre is an absolute nutter and that even Verançel regrets putting him in power. He's like Idi Amin but without war crimes and killings. Here's one question for those that are criticising our actions: "What is democracy when a land collapses and you take advantage of a fallen land, once in peace?" It's absolutely sheer 'landgaining' at its finest. Seneraya could have picked up, but instead, your governments decided to influence the people into becoming your subjects. We don't even have the results of the Senerayan referenda. Was this just a farse? Is this your version of a democratic relation? We have no right to rain on your parade as Achróa doesn't do all this democracy stuff, but isn't it quite hypocritical of you to just go in and take land without the approval of all of us? Not that we would've approved of it anyway, but I know the United Nations would be heavily in favour.
To Lanovina, we are not a dictatorship. We are a plutocracy - we still hold elections you know... just with the best that Achróa has to offer. We are living in harmony and perfection with our system, so we don't need democracy to "improve" or "go on the right path". Verançel is doing just fine, and the Achróan people are living happily; not in a haven of money, but with happy lives.
We are holding this temporary embargo because not enough has been done for the people of the North Pole and the other lands... and look what's its lead to: Jarea and Flirskmasto barking the souls out of each other, the indigenous people being promised fake advantages and, of course,
*d'Apre says the following part in absolute anger*
no bloody referenda results! I have never even seen one of those databases before where we get to see all the votes in this "democratic" decision! How on Fantasia have we been able to accept this as a whole? Here, I'll give you an ultimatum. If at least two nations - oh, hello Evämaa and Lanovina! - can supply their whole results in the next 24 hours, then we'll lift the Trade Embargo AND we'll abstain from future votes regarding territorial claims. Sounds about right, eh? Then you can live and eat your Lanovian crepes and Evämaian shark fin soup in peace!
This isn't a conflict either. We're just showing our anger to the world that we can't just take advantage of people like this. You'll be apologising to yourself if you fail your new subjects... goodbye, I hope to see your results for the Senerayan occupation soon.
*d'Apré's guards look at each other in shock disbelief, some even facepalm*

Uschi Kerkeling refuses to respond as she is currently eating a tasty crêpe, our national food. As the Achróans don't seem to think about their trading strategy, those crêpes, be it chocolate, cheese, sugar, honey or ham, will probably disappear from the Achróan restaurant menus. Of course, Achróa can still change their mind, but at the moment it looks like crêpes and many other Lanovian goods won't see Achróan soil anymore.

w0 there aren't even sharks around evämaa lol pls d'apréThe Evämaian President, Topi Niinisalo, responded to Velto d'Apré's comments in an surprise news conference called today at the Maidentalo in Midimeri."Here we have a wild, unchecked leader criticizing our country that's only strived to be a force for good in Fantasia. I am calling on Velto d'Apré to, rather than hold back his country and all those others that use Achróais goods, provide tangible assistance to those who he claims his country is so invested in. Evämaa is willing to work with Achróa on supporting indigenous people, like we have with our own indigenous populations in Hyväylä.As for the referenda results, those should be announced soon but the process was rushed and the results were initially lost. They will be published soon."After the conference, the Vaalionosasto (Evämaian Election Office) published the results of the referenda surrounding the ceding of land to Flírskmasto and the acquisition of land from Seneraya.

And in most of the former maani of Uuslän, there were large Flírsk minorities. In fact, the referendum there came about after a pro-secession party won the last round of elections for the Uuslän Maatalo. If you're confused... Glossary:
Alejärven: The southernmost maani in Evämaa, organized after the collapse of Seneraya. Hyväylä: Northern maani that has a sizable population of indigenous people known as the Tami. Maatalo: The governments of each maani. Maidentalo: The Evämaian ruling building. Uuslän: A former maani of Evämaa that was dissolved after it mostly voted to join Flírskmasto

GLARAIAN DIASPORA STATISTICS REVEALED Following the launch of the Glaraian Peoples' Alliance of Fantasia (GPAF), an organisation established by the government last year - which aimed to unite Glaraians living both in Glaray and abroad through a worldwide established organisation dedicated to the preservation of Glaraian culture, alongside the human rights and safety measures for those living abroad, the official number of the Glaraian diaspora was able to be calculated. With it being compulsory for all Glaraians to register in the organisation for their own benefit, an official Glaraian diaspora was able to be calculated and verified, and has been compiled into a map:
NUMBERS BY COUNTRY
0
Orangina, Dyria, Demonica, Harish Islands, Ice Crest, Sothala, Pacifica, Voxanya, Amelia, Ardeival, The White Havens, De Vremdspongeln (srsly), Jamah Less than 1,000
Ruyjin Republic, UT Te Ao, Aquia, Baesnia, Equaland, Achroa, UI Ermy, Fordia, UL Jarea, Lanovina, Pohunski,a Golden Land 1,000 - 10,000
Scandavia, Demacia, Pashlanahuy, Evergreen, Maronesia, Patriae, Kerwan, Gallifrey, Beklium, Prunia, Cercasia 10,000 - 100,000
Decoria, Alkyria, Danskansova, Evamaa 100,000 - 500,000
Angostura, Freyhurst, Foxtavia 500,000 - 1,000,000
Vradiazi, Katsyria, Onduria 1,000,000 +
Atlandia, US Eldance, Lab Rador, Delinia, Assasynia, Flirskmasto, Lakadamia The map tells us that Glaraians live in 40 of the 53 countries in Fantasia.
This map includes only those of full Glaraian descent - those who are mixed race that possess Glaraian ancestry were not included in the map (though Glaraians of mixed ancestry are estimated at around 2 million).
This map shows that the population of the Glaraian diaspora is just under 11 million - around half a million less than the population of Glaray itself. Due to decreasing birth rates of Glaraians as well as many migrating back to Glaray, this number is forecasted to decrease over time, from under 11 million in 2020 to 10 million in 2025, averaging at around a decrease in a million Glaraians every 5 years over the next 25 years.
tbh I just made the whole thing up so if u think there are too many of us in ur country tell us and we'll change it
