 become a jury voter or is it only competing nations? Only competing nations are allowed to apply to become jury members, sorry  This is because a single jury member has a bigger influence on the results than a single televoter  However, everybody is welcome to vote as as a televoter, whether you are a participant, an associate broadcaster, or just a forum user  No worries ^.^ I look forward to voting  as a televoting nation |

 VÖÖRAD
VÖÖRAD means Priit Uustulnd, Tuuli Rand and Meiko Umal, three young singers from Estonia.
"Our songs are some kind of... freaky-pop" - Tuuli says when asked about the kind of music they make together.
The trio has recently had some hits out such as "Keelatud" and "Party and Bullshit" and their popularity
keeps on increasing week by week. We wish them good luck in North Laul!
