You can apply if...
• you are a NVSC HoD who has had his country for at least 3 editions
• you are the first or second person on the waiting list, however:

You will now be able to apply to be drawn to any of these countries.
You can apply if...
• you are a NVSC HoD who has had his country for at least 3 editions
• you are the first three people on the waiting list, however:
(inactive) can only apply for Moldova!
